Another tragedy among first responders happened on November 21,2018.  Darrell Morrison of Rosetown Fire Department was struck and killed in the line of duty by a passing vehicle.  This is to remind everyone over the holiday season to take extra precautions travelling on the roads. These instances can be preventable and it is important to slow down allowing safe working distance for members responding to an emergency. That includes traffic officers, tow trucks and highway workers. The flashing lights can be distracting, however with safe driving habits and reducing speeds will allow EVERYONE TO GO HOME SAFELY.
