Boreal Royale 2024

It’s baaaaaaaaack! Join us for the third edition of Boreal Royale and ride the varying landscapes of the WOOD BUFFALO region. There’s enough sand, mud, and steep inclines to test every skill level.

All tickets include

  • camping accommodation

  • Intro to Rally Raid

  • Riding and medical training

  • Food

  • Fuel; and

  • BBQ Competition (all-you-can-eat).

This year, we’re stoked to have DAKAR rider, Willem Avenant, host a Rally School. We’re also going to be hosting a Navigation Rally with an introduction to Rally Raid with Road Book Navigation.

For those joining us for this Boreal Rally School, you’ll spend the 4 days riding navigation, with 2 nights spent camping remotely at Bivouac Camp.

Come learn about the region and meet our local vendors. Maybe even try our challenge course to see how you stack up against the challenges that lay ahead over the next few days.

June 21 + 22

As participants leave Fort McMurray, there will be trails, points of interest and challenges up to 150km in all directions. Use what you know to get where you need to go. Challenge yourself and teammates to navigate steep hill climbs, bottomless sand and thick-wooded terrain to reach your destination.

June 23

Now that you have soaked in the endless daylight, get back out there and navigate the backcountry! We’ll have prizes for the speedy teams and a community BBQ to wrap up the event.
